1. Acceptance

By browsing or ordering from this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

2. Products and pricing

We try to show colours and materials accurately, but screens vary and handmade pieces differ slightly. Prices are listed in the store currency and include applicable taxes unless stated at checkout. We may change prices or discontinue a product at any time.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or the delivery address cannot be served.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify. We do not store card data. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery timelines and return eligibility are described on our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photography, text, logos and design — belongs to Women's Fashion Club and may not be reused without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, scrape content in bulk, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect losses such as delays caused by courier partners.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
