Returns & exchanges

The short version

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on unused items in their original packaging with tags attached.

What we can't accept

• Earrings and other pierced jewellery (hygiene)
• Items showing wear, scratches, perfume or makeup marks
• Sale or clearance items marked final sale
• Custom or personalised orders

How to start a return

• Email hello@womensfashionclub.store with your order number and photos of the item
• We confirm approval and share the return address within one working day
• Ship the parcel back; keep the courier receipt until the refund is processed

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of us receiving the item. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund including delivery charges.
